Q: What if the store closes before the two years is up?
A: That hardly ever happens, since the store has to give permission for us to place it there for the two years. They would tell us if they were closing down and we would not place a bench there. If a store does close unexpectedly, we will try to relocate the bench in another high-traffic location.
Q: What if my advertisement is vandalized?
A: The ads are laminated to protect against graffiti and scratches. The letters cannot be picked off like the old vinyl cut letters most bench companies use. The ads can be cleaned with paint thinner or anything acetone free if they get spray painted or other graffiti is done to the sign. They come out looking brand new.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: When the bench is delivered, you can pay the driver with cash, check, money order, cashier's check, or any major credit card as well as a debit or check card that has the Visa or MasterCard logo. The driver would then leave you a copy of the contract.
Q: What if I can't afford the full amount at delivery?
A: You can pay the driver 1/2 down at delivery . We will then send you an invoice for the remainder and you can pay off the balance within the next 30 to 60 days.
Q: We do not pay for anything at our office; it all comes from our corporate office. Is that ok?
A: Sure! We will make a note of that on the contract. We can fax over an invoice for the advertisement so it can be processed ahead of time.
Q: What if the bench can't be seen at the store, if it is covered or moved?
A: We have an agreement with the store managers to have the bench placed in a visible spot in front of the store. If you notice a problem with this, just give us a call and we will talk to the manager and try to get it resolved.
Q: What if my address or phone number changes before the two years is up?
A: At any time during the two years, if you need anything on your ad changed you can give us a call. For a $25 re-print fee, we will print you a new sign with the changes and mail it to you with simple instructions on how to apply it over your old ad. It is very easy to do and takes only about 5 minutes to apply the sign.
